What we do
Independent advice, from first idea to final departure
Hudson Advisory acts for the client, not for any supplier. We establish what you want to achieve, research the options, assess the specialists and oversee delivery, so that you can be present with your guests.
How we work
Judgement
We begin by understanding the objective and what it will take to deliver. We then provide the advice, oversight and control to make it happen.
Independence
We accept no commissions or supplier fees.
Recommendations rest on suitability for the client and the brief, never on an existing commercial relationship.
Discreet oversight
We stay involved from planning through delivery, keeping the elements aligned and resolving issues calmly as they arise.
Where we help
When the ambition is unfamiliar
A principal based in the US may want to gather family and friends in Italy, Morocco or Bali, places they may not know.
Choosing the destination is the easy part. Local specialists must be identified and assessed, and accommodation, experiences, aircraft or yachts arranged so that each fits the others.
We research the options, evaluate them and recommend a way forward, keeping an independent view of the whole.
When the arrangements are already complex
You may already have a destination, an idea or several bookings in place and need a second view.
We review what has been proposed, identify gaps and risks, research alternatives and bring the elements into line.
Alongside your existing team
We work with family offices, yacht captains and other established teams where a brief needs specialist knowledge or additional capacity. We do not replace the relationships you already have.
Selected experience
We have advised private and institutional clients across Europe, in New York and in Japan.
Engagements have included:
- a seven-day family celebration in Italy
- a dockside reception in Monaco for 150 guests, followed by dinner for 30 aboard a superyacht
- a wedding for 60 in Mykonos
- a three-day birthday for a multi-generational family in a Scottish castle
- a two-day retreat in London for second- and third-generation principals
- a private cultural programme for 40-50 guests of an international family office round table
